Terms of Service
Last updated: November 7, 2026
These terms cover your use of software sold by Vanterra Studios ("we", "us"), including LawnLead. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
1. Your account
You're responsible for the accounts you and your team create and for keeping your password secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.
2. Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with all features. No credit card is required to start. When the trial ends, you'll need to choose a paid plan to keep using the product. Your data is kept.
3. Plans, billing and renewal
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice. Founding-member pricing stays the same for as long as that subscription remains active without interruption.
4. Cancellation & refund policy
- Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. No phone calls, no fees.
- When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. You won't be charged again.
- Payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
- If you were charged by mistake (for example, a double charge), contact us within 30 days and we'll refund it.
5. Your data
Your business data (leads, customers, estimates, jobs and notes) belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use our products for anything illegal, to send spam, to store data you don't have the right to store, or to try to access other customers' data or disrupt the service.
7. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep our products running and secure, but they are provided "as is" and we can't promise they will be error-free or available 100% of the time. We may improve or change features over time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or don't pay.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make important changes, we'll update this page and let active customers know.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
